Dudensing Law has quite literally “written the book” on Elder Abuse Litigation in the State of California. As all attorneys who practice in this state know, the “Rutter Group” is the most widely relied upon secondary source for guidance on legal matters by judges and practitioners alike. Rutter Group treatises have regularly been cited as authority by the California Supreme Court, California Courts of Appeals, and Superior Courts across the state. Every superior court judge in the state has access to the electronic versions of all Rutter Group treatises and, for this reason among others, the content of Rutter Group treatises is highly influential in the creation and application of law. In the field of Elder Abuse Litigation, the Rutter Group has a single author, Ed Dudensing. The Rutter Group turned to Mr. Dudensing for this important role as a result of his long-standing and widely recognized expertise in the field of elder abuse litigation.

In addition, Mr. Dudensing’s expertise has been recognized by his peers time and again as he has been selected to speak at conventions, conferences, and conclaves on a host of topics relating to elder abuse litigation over the last decade and a half:
