Dudensing Law is proud to announce that Ed Dudensing has been named to the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Board of Directors.
Ed has long supported CAOC’s mission to seek accountability from those who do wrong, and he brings over 20 years of experience exclusively litigating elder abuse and neglect cases to the organization. As the founder and lead counsel at Dudensing Law, he has secured the largest elder abuse verdict against an assisted living facility in the history of the United States, and some of the largest elder abuse verdicts in California history. Every day, he continues to fight for seniors and their families.
CAOC is the state’s leading organization dedicated to protecting consumer rights and strengthening access to justice. Its members advocate on behalf of individuals harmed by negligence, abuse, and corporate misconduct, ensuring accountability and fair treatment under the law.
