Dudensing Law recently expanded our team with the addition of a new Discovery Law Clerk, Monica Azmi. Monica is a rising third-year law student at McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, with concentrations in Elder and Health Law and Business Law. At Dudensing Law, she supports our litigation team by drafting discovery responses and contributing to complex elder abuse cases.
Her commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations has guided both her academic and professional path. Prior to joining Dudensing Law, Monica worked as a legal assistant on elder abuse cases, gaining firsthand experience with matters involving financial exploitation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Sacramento State University and brings a rich professional background, including roles in the tech startup world and television news production.
“We are excited to have Monica on our team,” said Ed Dudensing, founder and lead counsel. “She shares our dedication for advocating for the vulnerable, and we look forward to the contributions she will make to our continued pursuit of justice on behalf of elder abuse victims.”
Dudensing Law is proud to have Monica Azmi join our team and support our work in fighting for victims of elder abuse and neglect across California. She is based out of our Sacramento office.
